Please don’t touch any other profile.

Q. Can I change my password and e-mail?

Password change is only allowed if you purchase the 4 SCREEN Plan. Email change is not allowed otherwise warranty will be void.

Q. How to remove Profile PIN?

If you forget your Profile Lock PIN, click the Forgot PIN? link at the bottom of the screen. If you’re watching on a TV, enter the provided web address into a web browser.

    This website is legit and the service they provide is fantastic but the only problem is we promptly give them the money but after 2-3 hours of waiting we get the account details, it will be good if it gets faster otherwise everything is perfect. It is really trustable

    I have been My24HrShop customer for a while and purchased almost all kinds of entertainment OTTs from them. But recently, I had purchased Netflix account from them and it got logged out automatically and some time I was unable to login due to multiple login, because of this I lost 4 to 5 days with my subscription. Suggest to improve support.
